Alan Greenstein

CEO & Co-Founder

Alan has more than 30 years’ experience in banking and finance, following a short stint as a legal practitioner, with work experience in the UK, South Africa and Australia. He has consulted widely to owner-managed businesses across strategy, technology and operations. He co-founded Zagga in 2016.

Frank Hageali

Director, Investments

Frank has been involved in the finance and property industry for 25 years. Prior to his last bank role as Senior Associate Director/Acting State Director NSW for ANZ Bank’s Corporate Property Group, Frankheld senior and management positions in Corporate, Institutional and Property divisions in Australia’s major financial Institutions. Most recently he was Head of Credit at Secured Lending.

Steven Levy

Director, Investments

Steve has been a part of the core team since inception and comes with a high level of experience in portfolio management, investor relations and capital markets.

As a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ), Steve is a key operator of the business and member of both the Investment and Credit Committees

Marcus Morrison

Executive Director

Marcus is the Co-Founder of Zagga NZ (formerly LendMe), which he started in2014. He is also the Co-Founder of Zagga and is Executive Director, working closelywith the CEO, especially across strategy, governanceand stakeholder relations. Marcusholds a degree in BSc (Hons) and BA.

Tom Cranfield

Director Investments

Mr Cranfield is an experienced company director, bankerand property developer/investor with ten years’ experience in investment for special situations and real property via both private credit and mainstream capital markets.

Stephen brings over 25 years of experience in leadership, banking, property development and funds management. Previous executive roles have included Southpac/National Bank, MARAC Securities, Green and McCahill (Hugh Green Group), and BNZ. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Auckland University. He is a member of the Institute of Directors.

Stephen Crerar

CEO

Marcus is a co-founder of Zagga in New Zealand and Australia. He is an experienced management consultant and business leader who has spent much of his career overseas working in the areas of organisational strategy, sales, marketing and people. He has a track record of driving commercial success across a range of industries, including banking and finance. He holds B.Sc (Hons) and B.A degrees from Victoria University.

Marcus Morrison

Director

Edwin is a partner of K3 Legal and co-founder of Zagga in both New Zealand and Australia. He is a property, commercial and finance specialist and is a LLB and B.A graduate from Victoria University.

Edwin Morrison

Chairman & Director

Jonathan is an actuary and asset consultant who has worked in private practice for over 30 years. He advises a number of large funds, corporations and government on investment and superannuation matters.

Jonathan Eriksen

Director

Peter Goodfellow has been Executive Chairman of Lock Finance since 2002. Peter is a Director of Sanford Ltd, Cambridge Clothing Ltd, and Refrigeration Engineering Co. Ltd and a trustee of the Auckland Medical Research Foundation. He is currently President of the New Zealand National Party. He holds a BCom/LLB (Hons.) from the University of Auckland and an MBA from UCLA and previously practised law.

Director

Glenn has over 30 years of experience in the banking and finance industries. He has managed large wholesale and retail loan portfolios and is a specialist in residential, commercial and rural lending.

Glenn Morris

General Manager - Operations

Bill has over 30 years of experience in the banking and finance industries. He has held senior management positions in various financial institutions and specialises in credit and lending management.

Bill Calder

General Manager - Credit Risk

Colin is a highly experienced Banking and Finance Manager with a career spanning over 40 years in General Management, Credit and Lending Management, HR, Relationship Management and Debt Recovery.

Colin Hamilton

Senior Manager - Credit Risk

Jared has an extensive background in strategic marketing, having helped launch and grow brands for some of New Zealand's most well-known companies. He has market-leading experience in creating digital strategies that work, as well as across the full range of traditional channels. After working across a range of industry sectors, Jared has a strong track record of connecting businesses with their customers and improving customer experiences.

Jared Wooff

General Manager - Marketing

Martin brings over 25 years of banking and finance experience to the Zagga team, including residential, commercial and property development funding. Martin has previously held roles at Citibank, AMP Bank and Marac Securities Ltd, as well establishing and running an auto finance business.

Martin Blockley

National Partnerships Manager

Lorrie has a background in banking and finance in China and has worked for internet finance companies with experience in product marketing and client service. She holds a masters degree in International Banking & Finance from Durham University, England.

Lorrie Luo

Account Manager - Asian Division

Kanisya brings her extensive experience to the management of Zagga's accounts. She has spent her entire career in accounting, working in a variety of industries. She has a NZ Diploma in Business from AUT.

Kanisya Sutharsan

Account Manager

Doris brings her extensive knowledge and skills to the Zagga team to help increase the customer experience. She has more than seven years’ experience in customer service and administration ranging from high end retail stores, Education providers and sales. Doris currently holds a BDes (Hon) from Massey University as well as a Certificate in Business from AUT.

Dorrie Lee

Client Services Coordinator

Specialising in property development and investment, Peter has an in-depth knowledge of the New Zealand property market. He has been involved in the project management of many commercial and residential projects across the areas of strategic investment planning; project funding guidance; feasibility studies; due diligence assessments and construction management.

Peter Luo

General Manager - Asian Division

Armed with a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBSD) in Management and Marketing, Jordan brings with her a strong skill set that is complimentary to the world of finance, including 6 years within the insurance industry. Jordan is an efficient multitasker who learns fast and thinks quickly on her feet, to provide the ultimate customer service experience. An easy communicator, Jordan enjoys helping clients achieve the best result possible for their situation.
